How returns work

    Call us or fill the form

    Get an RMA number in under 10 minutes during business hours. We confirm the issue, ship method, and turnaround.

  2. 2

    Ship it back

    Use our prepaid label for defects in workmanship; for change-of-mind returns within 30 days, you cover return freight.

  3. 3

    We refund or replace

    On arrival, inspection takes 1 business day. Refund posts to the original payment method, or we ship a replacement same day.
