Black NEMA 5-15P to Locking L5-20R Straight to Locking Adapter Cords is designed to adapt a standard straight blade connector to a twist locking version. Be cautious of adapting locking to straight blade plugs, as the manufacturer likely used the locking plug to prevent against un intentional unplugging. If your plug is used in a high traffic area the unplugging of an operating machine can damage the equipment or operators.
