About Standard NEMA 5-15P to IEC320 C13 125V

NEMA 5-15P to C13 125 VOLT 10 AMP STANDARD DUTY, 13 AMP MEDIUM DUTY and 15 AMP HEAVY DUTY Power Cords are available in many STANDARD STOCK lengths. This cord is typically used to power a computer. The 3-prong plug fits into a standard wall outlet. The C13 mates with a C14 inlet (which is typically used on a computer). The NEMA 5-15P and C13 are rated at 15 amps, but most computers require less than 10 amps. Consult your owners manual to see if you can use this de-rated power cord. Black is the standard color, but other colors are available.
