About IEC 60320 Power Cords | Standard Data Center Power Cables
The most common IEC connector and IEC plug.
The IEC 60320 Plug and Connector standards are arguably the most widely used across the world, since every country uses them and can pair them with their local plug types to power their devices. With that said, the connectors are much more used because of their combination with local Plug configurations like NEMA in North America, or Schuko in Europe. The most popular connector found around the world has to be the IEC-C13 Connector as it is the standard-duty connector for supplying power to electrical devices.
What IEC 60320 connector does your equipment require?
These power cables are globally universal, and whether you're in a data center in Taiwan or Tallahassee they will look identical. With globally approved power cables you can even use the same product, but more on that later. We stock both C20 and C14 Plug Power Cables, with a wide range of connectors. You should first determine your IEC320 power source to figure out the plug you require. Then look at the power inlet on the equipment you wish to energize and match it with the connectors available on our products. Then just determine the distance the cable must travel to connect the two and you are done!
