About International IEC Plug Type I Power Cords | Australia, New Zealand & Argentina Power

The IEC Type I Plug type is 3 pin, grounded plug with 2 oblique blades rated for 250VAC and 10 – 15 Amperes globally. It is the standard plug type for many countries globally, however the largest countries of note are Argentina, Australia, China and New Zealand. Each country has its own unique approval agency that will determine if the cable is listed for use in that country. Luckily, we stock many variations of each approval type for all of your Type I Power needs.
